Moontime Mentorship

Heart led gatherings for girls and womb carriers. Mentorship circles that trust the innate wisdom of our bodies, honor menstruation, practice assertiveness and cultivate intuition. Guided by storytelling, art, intuitive movement, experiential experiences, breathwork, meditation, sacred circles and collecting/making resources for personal moon time boxes.
8 weekly sessions following the rhythm of these themes: Welcome and intro to rites of passage from near and far, Emotional Literacy, Practicing Assertiveness, Listening to the Body, The Turtle's Shell, The Infradian Rhythm, Moon Cycle Mapping, and Red Party Potluck.*Sliding scale fee to accommodate all budgets. Menarche is a crucial time of awakening into yourself as we transition from childhood to wombynhood. The ways in which we are supported, honored and celebrated during the year that we start to cross the threshold into menarche (menstruation) can have a significant impact on our overall health and self worth for the rest of our adult lives. This is meant to be a sacred time that is acknowledged and guided with support from community.
*A menarche ceremony or red party celebration can be customized and individualized for any family or group of young womb carriers. It can be hosted at Lindsey’s home or set up in your space. It is a very personal event which means that Lindsey engages with mothers, caregivers or aunties for a few gatherings to plan together. Please reach out with questions or inquiries.
Womb Circles

Womb circles are a gathering of wombyn and womb carriers that bring us together to be in sacred space with one another while reconnecting to our cyclical wisdom and healing our womb – heart – voice coherence. We'll sing, we'll breathe, we'll hold space, we'll chat and honor all parts of ourselves like wombyn have since time immemorial. There is often, but not always, a theme to guide the circle. Previous topics have included exploring the relationship with your womb, flowing through the seasons of our infradian rhythm and tending to our inner fire.

First Moon Reclamation

This is an 8-week guided journey where we revisit the experiences you had during menarche. How were you guided or supported during the time when you first started to release menstrual blood? Our body holds memories that can impact how we currently connect with our womb. Though we can’t physically go back in time to change the programming we might be carrying, we can create the opportunity to explore those experiences and sit with and process the emotions from that time. We have full agency to rewire our pathways every single month that we welcome our blood.
*This journey includes 4 in person (or virtual if needed) sessions every 2 weeks with journaling, meditation and ceremony practices along the way.The first 3 sessions will set the stage and the final gathering will be a ceremony and celebration honoring your sacred life path on this earthly realm.
The First Moon Reclamation can be done 1 on 1 or we can work together in a small group . Sliding scale cost to accommodate all budgets.
ABC Come Breathe with Me

Family friendly gatherings to commune with nature while honoring the reciprocity of how our breath interacts with the breath of life. It is designed to introduce children (and parents or caregivers) to the basics of connecting with and having awareness of their breath. We learn tools and strategies that can be used anywhere anytime for self regulation. Expect to slow down and turn inward for moments of peace and calm.
